Teawolf, LLC acquires Natural Products Business from SpagoMed Laboratories of Richmond, B.C. Bringing 20 years of knowledge and experience and over 200 successful herbal formula’s, this acquisition significantly broadens the Teawolf portfolio. (see press release)

Teawolf, LLC moves into their new location in Pine Brook, N.J. Moving to this state of the art manufacturing facility allows us to house our production facility, laboratory and corporate offices all in one location. (see press release)

October 2nd, 2008
Teawolf acquires a proprietary Tea Extract and Distillation manufacturing process from a private research organization in Canada. The process knowledge gained from this acquisition allows Teawolf to enter the red hot tea extract market with highly competitive products.

Teawolf moves into their corporate offices in Clifton, N.J.
